Using the chakra metaphor as an organizing framework, this table groups subpersonalities into seven families. There are 100 entities that came up at one time or another over a period of years. Through the guidance of The Intuitive Self, I discovered many were a variation on a basic theme as they came up in sessions with my guide. These naturally clustered themselves into small groups.
Recognizing the smaller groups, I realized they could be organized around the primary themes of the seven chakras. As I did this, a dynamic in their evolution became apparent: a movement from right to left and from bottom to top. Overall the thrust was from lower right to upper left which I experienced as movement from least to most evolved: from "nobody" to "divine."

The subpersonalities highlighted in red are ones that were dominant at the time this assessment was made. Work with them individually took place in terms of their 1) dynamic, 2) manifestation and 3) source. I used this framework for understanding them well enough that my observer could notice and record incidents in which they acted out. |
