As a Professor at Florida International University, I created, designed and implemented an "Intuition in Management" course at the bachelors, masters and PhD levels of University study. This work was recognized nationally with an award for innovative management education. This section is based on the successful strategies that evolved from those offerings.

The programs shared a common emphasis on the experiential approach. I found that discovering and nurturing intuition requires us to explore our inner being where The Intuitive Self resides. As we recover this core, we can express a more intuitive orientation to life. I also found group process to be an invaluable asset. Through personal sharing, we are able validate our experiences with others on a similar journey.
